Formed by trumpeter John Goroly in '97, D&D has been thrilling audiences in the hottest venues throughout Long Island and NYC. Fronted by the soulful, powerful vocals of Bob Bellucci who also doubles on sax, D&D plays the best soul, funk and R&B hits of the 60’s 70’s and 80’s. Throw in a few rock, swing and latin tunes and you’ve got an unstoppable party.
The horn section; John Goroly on trumpet and Don Torillo on sax lends a genuine authenticity to the music. The rhythm section; Rob Guya on drums, Jim Brosnan on guitar and Joe Ferlito on bass lays down the baddest grooves reminiscent of the old Motown & Stax studio musicians.
